What is included in the diagnostic price?
The $149 price includes the call-out and first hour of diagnostics. Add the $5 fuel levy per visit for a $154 total, including GST. Further testing or repair work is approved separately.
How much is extra diagnostic time?
Additional approved labour is $150 per hour, charged in 15-minute blocks of $37.50. We confirm extra work with you before proceeding. Parts are quoted separately.
Will every fault be resolved in the first hour?
The first hour is an initial diagnostic allowance. The time needed depends on the symptoms and how readily the fault can be reproduced. We discuss findings and the next steps if more testing or repair work is needed.
